resizing classic header

hello i would like the header of my site to match the same size of the sticky header. i've tried 

#Top_bar #logo { height: 90px !important; }

 but that only affects the logo sizing. would would be the correct coding? or would i need to resize something else?

Hi,

there is no need for custom css. Remove it and go to theme options>global>logo. There change the height of the logo nd the vertical padding value. Only the logo controls the height of the header.
