Please Clarify for me the three options under 'Selected data only'

Content will import only data of Muffin Builder
Theme Options will import options of Theme Options
and RevSlider demo will import a slider of this theme.

Hello, i there a way to hide only the page title and show posts title under sub-header

e.g when i go to my homepage is still see the name "home" on the sub-header
