License used on Unknown website

Hi there, i have purchased the theme few months back but didnt use it. But few days back i tried to use the license code on betheme it says 

Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on: themes.bestofmember.tk

But we dont recognize this domain in our list, and i & my boss only has the access of this account. So how our license has been used in another domain which we dont even know who's it is.. Please fix this asap

I have tried to login to that tool but it says

{"error":"No registered licenses for this purchase code and username"}

But i have again downloaded the license from my account and tried again but it shows that message whenever i try to login that pannel

If this tool say that, then you can register it somewhere else.

Is there any error message?
