I get BeTheme and I want to create a site in a test environments.

How can I move it to the production environment ?

Use the duplicator plugin, it's the best plugin for the duplicate.

Is it possible to use it without deregister

In case my test env. is in the sub domain of the prod ?

You can register unlimited subdomains with one license key, as long as the main domain is registered under the same key.
This also applies to subfolder on localhost installations.

It's important to have registered only one domain on same key.

If you have a BeTheme on your server, you can create a subfolder in primary directory on your server and install there another wordpress with betheme.

As I said in previous reply:

You can register unlimited subdomains(and subfolders) with one license key, as long as the main domain is registered under the same key.
