Is it possible to insert custom elements as shortcodes?

I have a section that is repeated on every page: a form container named "Ask for a Quote:"
Instead of repeatedly inserting the section manually on each and every page, I would like to have the option of adding it automatically, for example via using a custom shortcode.
I also want to make tweaks and tests to the form, so it makes sense to edit the code once and have it appear on ALL pages after editing the form.
So my question is: is it possible to add a section/container dinamically and repeat it on a number of pages? Regardless whether this is done via shortcodes / muffin builder or other means, I am interested in the possibility of adding the same code to multiple pages and modifying it only once, and have it appear updated on more pages at once.
Is this possible?

BeTheme does not have the option to do this.
To create a shortcode, you have to edit/extend a theme file.
We do not prove such modifications.
