Creating a menu at the bottom of the page

I would like to place the menu bar in the footer at the bottom of the page instead of the header, keeping it floating when sliding the page.

Is this possible?

Oh I was actually asking Papillus I have the menu at the bottom now but it won't stick to the bottom it rides up if the content isn't long enough.

The only thing that seems to work somehow is to have the rooter fixe at the bottom with a Widget using Ubermenu plugin
