Carousel Slider with image hover text

Hi, is there an option to have a carousel image slider and some custom title/description shows on each image hover?

I see there is a slider option on muffin builder, but the titles are shown below the image, not on image hover. Appreciate if anyone can offer any idea on this. Thanks so much!
