Errors on page preview and update

Hi there,
I have been getting the following error messages frequently when I try to update or preview a page I'm working on: 
Preview: Sorry, you are not allowed to preview drafts.
Both preview and update: The link you followed has expired. Please try again.

I also sometimes see my "coming soon" page when I try to preview.

When I update and get the error, I lose all of my work. 

What I've tried so far:
- deactivating all plugins, still happening
- switching themes, no longer happens

Can you please help?

Please go to your FTP, create a php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us a link to that file, license key, wordpress admin credentials, link to this discussion privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link. It happens to me every 2nd or 3rd time I try to preview or update. Did you check this on Safari? Also, according to my dashboard it's already using latest theme version. Thanks.

Please contact your hosting provider, ask him to look into the logs and check out what happening.

It's a hosting related issue.
