License Used on Site that no longer exists

I was working on a dev site long ago with my license for beTheme

it was on website dev.exclusiveprivatesale.com i'm trying to register my theme but it says its already in use on this one.

the website does not exist... anything I can do to register my theme at my website https://www.loveweddingmusicservices.com
