the header image is not setting in mobile on all pages of the site. The responsive is only working for the text of the headers. the header image is not setting in mobile on all pages of the site. do you mean that the background image is not scaling on mobile devices as you would want it to?

Yes, the background image of the header.

Hi,
It's because your header image has a parallax turned on.
It won't be scaling with this option turned on.

If you want to use this parallax and make it responsive, we suggest to
use Revolution Slider instead.

I deactivated the parallax mode in the banners and even then the background image does not fit in the mobile.

Change the background size to cover.

In Theme Options > Global > General

Also, you have to select the position of the background, which part do you want to see.
