Google Font Styles Not Loading on Website

Hi, I'm trying to use a Google fonts style for my paragraph. So far I've tried using Open Sans and Roboto, but the styles don't seem to go through. I'm trying to make my paragraph Light 300 or Thin 100, but these styles don't seem to be loading.

This is the website I'm working on: frgmt-design.com, and any help would be great.

I have not, do you mean I should include them as Custom CSS?

Could you give me an example for using it with Open Sans at style Light 300?
