this message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain.

sorry about that, was used on a deleted site and just de-register it.

may I ask how soon i can update the theme on the new site? i just tried and is still having 'no file' issue.

Did you check that your key is not used anywhere else?

Also, if your key is used only on your website, please:

a) Disable all of the plugins

b) Deregister and register theme

c) Try to update

d) Then, turn on the plugins.
