Adding new section doesnt work

I am trying to add a new section but it doesnt work.

    Hi,
    Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache and check again.
    Also, be sure that your theme is up to date.

    Describe your issue greater too.
    Is new section button doesn't work, or they just do not appear on website after saving?
