Translation not effective on theme after completing the translate sections in the theme options

Hello, I have used the translate category in the theme options to translate all the short sentences especially in the blog like "show all", "related posts"...

But, it doesn't change anything on the website,

please can you help?

Hi,

please first make sure your wordpress language is set correctly. These words should be translated by wordpress. Please also disable all of your plugins and clear cache.
