action bar Slogan text

Hello, I have set my colors to custom theme and have been able to locate most of the color options I wanted changed. How-ever in the Action Bar, I have the background color set to black and want the slogan text to be white as well as the social icons but they are gray and I don't see how to change that. Please advise.

You can change colors of Action Bar in Theme Options > Colors > Action Bar

I need the slogan text color to changed and that is not an option 

Action Bar in Theme Options > Colors > Action Bar only changes the background color of the bar so your support was not helpful at all.

If this won't work, please disable all of the plugins and change the color again.
