CSS is not changing

Hello I tried to change the position of the logo on mobile view using CSS 

@media only screen and (max-width: 767px)

.mobile-header-mini #Top_bar .logo {

    width: auto;

    float: left;

    margin-left: 120px;

    border: none;

}

after i save in the theme options nothing change and it gets back as before. also i tried to put the code using snippet plugin it always give me an error.

Hi,

You didn't open and closed the @media queries.

A media queries have body too, I mean:

@media (max-width:767px){

  .content{

     (...)

  }

}

Hello, Does this look right. I followed your instructions but i m not sure i doing it right still i cannot make the changes i want.
