tweaking my BeTheme options panel and when it refreshed all of the preset option and CSS disappeared

Hi there,

I was tweaking my BeTheme options panel and my site crashed, and when it refreshed all of the preset options and CSS from the demo has disappeared and now my website looks awful. I have asked my web host to reset via a backup but all this has done is put my plugins out of date again.

The demo site I used was https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/freelancer/

Can you help me get the presets back and custom CSS to make it look normal again?

Hi,
Unfortunately, we do not have any tool to export issued code.
All we can suggest you is disabling all of the plugins, clear cache and check if the issue still exists.

Also, we recommend making backups for this kind of situations.

Okay, I have requested this from my hosting provider.

Is there no way you could screenshot the settings of the demo site for me? I can could then copy the presets and type in the custom CSS and JS etc.

You can create a subdomain and install a betheme with same license key there.

Then you will be able to recreate it.

You can register unlimited subdomains with one license key, as long as the main domain is registered under the same key.
