mobile menu showing on desktops using IE

Despite trying numerous layouts, our mobile menu is displaying on desktops running IE 11.  This is not an issue in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.  One of the sites this is happening on is hmgderm.com

I tested it on IE 11 and it shows normal desktop menu.

Please clear your cache and check again.
