Is it possible to create a call to action with form fields

Hi,

Can you advise is it possible to create a full width call to action that includes some text, and two form fields with text inside the fields entitled 'Your E-Mail' and 'Your Postcode' along with a SEND button in a horizontal row. Basically when the user clicks on the send button the content of the fields is e-mailed.

do you mean something like we did on http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/itservice/ (CALL FOR HELP... section) but instead of Contact us you want form similar to this one on http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/bar/ which is in right bottom corner and is called "Our newsletter"?

If you want to make something like that then you need some html/css skills. You can do this within Column item. On the left side you can use some text inside html tags, then for example MailChimp or Contact Form 7 shortcode. But if you are not good in those kind of solutions, we recommend to contact with your website developer.

I would like to achive the effect like "Our newsletter" where the send button is in line with the e-mail! How do I do that?
