The home shows "this site is not fully secure"

All the site "blogs and images" show the ssl fully secure, But the Pages like home shows   "this site is not fully secure". 

My site is www.observatoriocreativo.com

I checked with other themes and the "fully secure appear in the pages" the problem appears when I active the betheme.

Header set Content-Security-Policy "upgrade-insecure-requests"
