Strange Text Under Search Result

Hello, if you do a google search for 'Saratech' our website tree shows up. Underneath 'About Us' there's some strange text that looks like it might be placeholder? Any idea how to change that? 

I have Yoast SEO setup and I've completed the snippet textarea, so not sure why this is showing up...?

    Hi,
    this could be just older content showing up in google. It could take some time before google crawlers visit your site and update the content.
    We suggest clearing browser and server cache. Also disable cache plugins if you have any.
    No content of such is in the about-us page source code.
