website not loading properly

Hi, website is not loading properly.  This file automatically downloads.

I have to reload the page before I can view it.

you are using a lot of scripts and plugins which are not supported.

Please first disable all of the plugins and scripts.

btw, I did not load any plugins or scripts to cause this. It was working well before.

It's fault of one of your plugins.

I disabled all of the plugins, then turned them on and everything works fine.

May I know which plugin caused it?

Unfortunately not.

I turned all of them at once so I didn't notice which one it was.

If issue will again appear, please turn off all plugins one by one, then you'll find the issued one.

It could be the cache in your browser still holding the settings.

Please disable all of your plugins and then clear your browser cache.

If this does not help, we will take a deeper look.

i have disabled all plugins and cleared browser cache and it did not work

Please update your theme to the newest version.

We do not want to do it because of customers complaining about it.

I also contacted my hosting(inmotion). 

They said this: 

 Thanks for holding Charles, this issue appears to be with the coding in the website, very possibly the theme.  When i test https://www.mywebguruinternational.com/phpinfo.php no download is requested which means the request isn't coming from within the server.

It looks like it's not theme related issue.
We changed the theme to other, and this same happened.

Please contact your hosting provider, let him recheck it.
Also, check if your domain is not redirecting at the start to other address.
