PHP update --> Theme settings gone

After an automatic PHP update, all the settings from "Import & Export" vanished meaning that my website is looking very wrong.

In my backups, I only backup my website files + database, I did not make a backup of the theme settings (theme settings: https://www.dropbox.com/s/j31tjyojkxurt9p/Screenshot 2018-11-10 at 13.37.49.png?dl=0). 

Can I find these settings saved somewhere in my website files in the server?

sorry but what do you mean by vanished?

You are showing us a website and the theme options, what is missing?

Please explain in more detail.
