Muffin builder not working

Muffin builder add section not allowing me to add more than three sections and without no alignment changes continously !

so i checked for updates and updated the theme from old version to 7.1 but stil problem persits ! please help. 

another thing i want to mention . this visual composer plugin shows message to updat the plugin. will it have any impact to the issue i face ?

Hi,

if you are not able to save pages with more then 3 sections, then you must contact with your hosting administrator because your server is limited and max_input_vars variable must be increased. We are sure that you got 1000 value by default while should be 5000 or even 10000.

Visual Composer is optional plugin which is not necessary so information about update do not affect our Muffin Builder.
