Show Header on blank page

I created a page from scratch using the Blank Page Template. I want to show the header on that page but i can't find a way to do it. When i switch the template to Standard-Template a header shows up but also the page title which i don't want. 

How can i get the header on that page?

Hi,

Blank page template removes whole features of BeTheme and it cannot be added.

I suggest you, to recreate it with Muffin Builder.
