Hi,

First, you have to turn on the "Overrflow Logo" option in Theme Options > Global > Logo - it's on the bottom.

Then remove the height and padding from there and leave it blank

It will not change your menu size.

Be sure that height is default(or smaller) and upload bigger logo.

The logo is now overflow so it's not affecting the header(menu) size.
