Cellphone Background (Menu/Header) Colors

Hello, sorry to bother you again.  I can't figure out how to change the menu link colors and the background on the cellphone.

Hi,
All options of the responsive menu are inside the Theme Options > Responsive > Header

If you want to change the color of the header only on mobile, then you have to use a Custom CSS.
If you don't know how to do it, please make a screenshot and tell me, what color and where do you want to apply them.
