Media Library Locks Up

I posted this about one month ago but found a solution by adding some code to php file but it is back again. Basically in grid view is does not load files it just sits there with ball spinning.

The solution I found was:

I found a solution that has worked, insert 

 ob_start()

into the wp_config file. 

But it has stopped now.
