Published blog post not displaying

Hi,

I have published a blog post. It displays within Wordpress but when I try to access it on my mobile and internet browser it displays 

Ooops... Error 404

We are sorry, but the page you are looking for does not exist.

It's showing as a blog post in the blog section, but when I click read more it displays the above. 

Please could you advise? I have updated the muffin builder plugin.

After disabling all of the plugins, clearing the cache is this error still exists?
