Cannot update WPBakery Plugin which I have received as bundled with BeTheme.

I have purchased BeTheme with WPBakery Page Builder plugin bundled with the same. Now when I am going to update the plugin "WPBakery" it's prompting to Activate the plugin first and Licence Key is required to do so.

Should I have to purchase WPBakery Plugin Licence separately to update the Plugin?

I have tried as per your instruction. However, it's showing the following error.

Description: Too much time has passed without sending any data for document.

Please guide me so that I can update the Plugin asap.

It's inside BeTheme > System Status

Probably your php.ini values are to low.
