Gravity form is not working with Betheme

Hello,

I am using Gravity form for amsa.org
site & it was submitting fine till version 2.3.4 & once I have
upgraded it to version 2.3.6 it's no longer working & I am using Betheme version 16.4. I have created
staging site & created same environment as live site, I checked
everything but couldn't able to find the issue, can you guys help me?

Hi,

Please update your theme to the newest version, if your theme is below  version 20, please follow these steps:

Here is an instruction on how to update the theme:

Theme updates will not delete your content unless you have changed the
files directly in which case we suggest using a child theme.
We also recommend creating a backup file.
Please remove the theme completely from your theme folder and install a
fresh copy. Do not overwrite files.
