Hi,

First of all, please remove the <script> tag from this script

It's not good idea for inserting <script src="(...)"></script> into Custom JS, this field is made for Custom JS scripts only, not files.

Change a location of these links into

Theme Options > SEO.

Paste it, into Google | Analytics field.
