Wrong Thumbnail (Link)

If I share my pages and posts, for example, on Facebook, 
the logo will be displayed as a thumbnail and not the specified post image. 
What can I do?

You have insert one universal image for all images in Theme Options > SEO

Or select for every single post an image. (when editing post)
