Tabs - Adding Links

Hi. I am using the tabs module. Each tab holds a list of resources based on a certain topic - example below is Education. When I add the link, it shows up as text? How do I link content in the tabs?

This is the display using the code you suggested (but get the same result from the original code I showe you.) using current version of Chrome.
