Our site usees Japanese and alphabets.
So please tell me how to set two types pf fonts at this situation.
For example...
if Japanese, displaying "NotoSerifJP-Regular(custom font)",
or
if alphabet, "times new roman".

Usually Japanese web sites are using both Japanese and alphabets.
For example,
https://toyota.jp/index.html

If it is impossible to set by theme option, I will try them by using <span style="">.

Yes, the only way to make it is by <span>, <font>, <p> or other tags.
