move registration or refund please

Hi I've registered the theme on a domain but need to use it on a different site instead. I've removed the theme folder and all the plugins but it says it's in use.

How can I resolve this issue? please kindly advise or can you even refund this purchase? this is not what I actually need.

Hi,

Please use this tool to manage your license keys:

Also, You can use one license per end product, so you can use any pre-built
website you desire or mix them but you cannot use the theme license on
two domains.
The only exceptions are for subdomains or subfolders. You can register
unlimited subdomains with one license key, as long as the main domain is
registered under the same key.
