Migrating from one url to another

I'm trying to migrate a site to a new domain name but none of the usual migration tools are picking up internal links within pages built by muffin builder. I see that the content is encrypted in the database so how do I change all the text and image links?

The plugin didn't work. It made 0 replacements and the site is still littered with references to the old url.

I've sent you that form.

The site is venusblooms.com and it has been migrated from awakensister.com. There's at least one button on the Home page still pointing to awakensister, and multiple links on other pages. Have a look at the About page in particular - the internal link in the text is still awakensister, as are many of the image urls.

I used all-in-one wp migration to migrate it then when I realised that it had not worked its usual magic I looked in the database to do a search and replace myself. I found a few links that way but many are still wrong. Most of the problem was that I couldn't find the page content anywhere in the database, which confused me hugely. Where is it???

This plugin "all-in-one migration" could be the issue. The issue is most likely caused by your manual changes in the database. It is structured in a particular way and you cannot just edit it.

Please move your website again, using this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/

Before you do it, disable all of your plugins.

After you move the website, and you still see old links, please use this plugin which was created just for this case: http://muffingroup.com/plugins/mfn-migrate-cb.zip

Trying to fix the existing database will be rather not possible.
