How to delete Be theme and start over?

Help, I have installed the wrong demo theme, and I want to start over. 

How do I "uninstall" the Be theme so I can start from scratch? I wanted to load the Gym demo, but loaded Fit accidentally, and now I can't load the Gym homepage. So I want to know how to delete the whole Be theme so I can reupload and start again.

If you want to clear whole database, please use WordPress Reset plugin.
