background with parallax effect on mobile - shaking glitch

hello 

I've got a problem on mobile with a section that has an image (jpg) set up as parallax - it's glitching (shaking) on fast scrolling - why? Is the image not big enough?

The problem is not visible (even with fast movements) while scrolling BUT the finger needs to touch the screen. On iMac-browser with a mobile view is perfect as well. Please adivce what should I change?

Hi,

it all depends on the users browser. It mostly runs smooth when using the touchpad.

You can try to change the parallax plugin in theme options>addons&plugins>addons.

Also check if the parallax image is optimized. We cannot really do anything to make it perfectly smooth on all devices, this is just how it works.

users browsers? It happent at all iPhone - safafi and I've test on android - the same situation. What do you exacly mean by "if the parallax image is optimized" . - optimized how?

Optimized with his size.
If the image is the png or it's just huge (+4k resolution) it can be shaking.
Users Browser - that means it depends on which browser user uses.

Still, all we can suggest is changing the parallax plugin.

I tried to find the section with parallax, but I couldn't see it.
Did you mean that animation with fading in from the bottom?

Parallax plugin can be changed in Theme Options > Addons & Plugins > Addons

As I said, The website's are visible only on mobile and only on mobile the glith is happening, check on some iPhone as we did

We cannot change the work how it's work, because it always works like this on mobile, so all we can suggest is try to check it with other parallax plugins
