I tried to install the plugin revolution slider and got the following message:

Das Paket konnte nicht installiert werden. Dieses Plugin enthält keinerlei Dateien.

Plugin-Installation fehlgeschlagen.

Do you have any idea for this message
I already contacted my hosting provider and asked him whether I miss some privileges which are probably needed but he told me that I have full access on my website.
Do you have any idea?
