I need to use Custom Divider Line in pages. How can I do It?

Also, I tried to customize "Fancy Divider" by using Custom CSS, but It doesn't work.

I do not understand your question.
What do you mean by Custom Divider Line?
You can create your own divider with column item, and this item allows to insert an HTML.

But, BeTheme has a Divider item:

I solved it with "custom CSS" and using "background-image".
