Is it possible to copy an entire section and then paste it to another page?

Hi,

You can copy only whole page.

Use import/export the page builder content with the import/export
tool at the bottom of the builder, see screen:

alright could you please explain im greater detail how this works?

I would export a page and then in the page i want to import it would choose import?

It creates the code of your page.
You can paste it to the new page to make it the same.
First, you have to export your page, then create new and paste into import field the code from page no. 1
