This Buy Now Button on top of the page takes users to buy the theme. How do I remove this button that is next to the menu on the top right side? 

Never mind the question, I figured it out. It was under header & Subheader and Extra. It was called the Action button. 

In order to disable it, I had to remove the word and links. Even though I figured out how to remove it, can you explain what this button is for and how come there is no option to disable it?

What you are referring to is the action button. Please go to theme options>header&subheader>extras and change the action button. See here: http://prntscr.com/fb1egt
We sometimes also add the 'BUY NOW' button as the last menu item, be sure to go to apperance>menus and check there as well.
