Just start installing pre-built website and you will reach this option.

No,

This is not possible.

But, Please install second WordPress and BeTheme on the same server, but on the subdomain.
Then install the BeWeddingDresses demo and recreate the footer.

You can register unlimited subdomains with one license key, as long as the main domain is registered under the same key.

Then, use the import/export the page builder content with the import/export tool at
the bottom of the builder, see screen: http://prntscr.com/h1emu4
