WP Bakery Version not showing that update is available

I know that an update is available from BeTheme as other sites I support with this theme has delivered the update. In this case, the version is old and it isn't showing an update is available. I tried posting a screen shot from the Install Plugins page here for the bundled plugins but that failed. I have updated the Theme to the most current 20.9.8.1.1.

Please advise.

I have updated the Theme to the most current 20.9.8.1.1

Every other site I support using BeTheme has shown the update being available except this one.

I disabled all of the plugins, then removed old WP Bakery and installed again.

It's 5.6 now.

Thank you. May I ask how you removed the WP Bakery plugin as that is embedded with the Theme and I did not see a mechanism to do that - I had sought to do that myself.

I mean from the 'Install Plugins' page from the BeTheme menu. Perhaps you meant from the 'Installed Plugins' from the WordPress dashboard menu is where you uninstalled. If so, that makes sense.

Yes, I uninstalled it through Wordpress "Installed Plugins"

Then installed by BeTheme 'Install Plugins"
