get rid of top menu bar

I already installer 6 Betheme Web site and the last one comes with that top menu. How vcan I disable it. I wrote to envato but they say that i have to communicate with you.

Hi,

You can disable the Action Bar in Theme Options > Menu & Action Bar > Action Bar

Just turn off this option.
