how to activited smooth scroll?

Hi,
Smooth Scroll has been removed like a month ago.
It was buggy, and it was not working well with new WP updates.
Unfortunately, it's not possible to restore it.

This is not good news, that was one of the reasons why I bought this template. Will this problem be solved in the near future?

No sorry, we are using the default browser scroll and will not add the smooth scroll or nice scroll plugins any time soon.
