Double SEO Ttiles when turning on Yoast SEO

i seem to have 2 of the same SEO titles when truing on Yoast.. know of anything that could be conflicting causing this?




I turned off the theme and used default twenty 12 and put the title to normal displaying one time.

Is this a bug? i have external fields SEO turned to off also for using 3rd party SEO plugin

All I could find on this was this but not sure how to check in the theme

    Hi,

    there could be 3 different reasons:

    1. You use built-in seo fields and Yoast plugin at the same time what is not allowed.

    2. Yoast plugin is configured wrong.

    3. You have page title setup also under Settings > General section.

    Page Title under settings was it.... didnt know that would add that to every page since it was just duplicated what i had set for each page and not what was actually in the WP settings...
