Theme Licence

To whom it may concern.. 

I have purchased this BeTheme from you a long time ago and I installed it on loyaltyapp.co.uk and then decided to use another theme instead... I am not trying to install your them on my website mrsebi.com and when I tried to activate it using 

( do not post license key on public forum ) it says it has already been used on loyaltyapp.co.uk .. I have deleted the theme of loyaltyapp.co.uk so now I can't take the licence off it..

Please let me know what we can do to fix this..
