BeTheme menu pages too close together

I have a screenshot for you, but no way to uploaded it. 

In Modern and Classic headers ( and maybe others) in BeTheme, the menu pages are too close together when you scroll down. They are okay before you start scrolling down page, but once you start scrolling, they get so close that the words of the page names run together. Can you help?

I looked at the page you linked to, but don't understand the answer. 

Can you please just tell me what to do to make it so that menu items do not run together on the menu bar when the page is scrolled?

What you don't understand exactly? As was explained there, you must setup main menu under APPEARANCE > MENUS > MANAGE LOCATIONS section.
